Kelsey and I are so excited to be starting a new set of Ladies only Bootcamps.  Over the years, we have met so many incredible women that have inspired us.  You don't need any experience or to even know what CrossFit is.  All you have to do is show up and we will take care of the rest.

What if I am not fit enough?!

This is one of the most common fears that we come across and also one of the things you don't have to worry about.  You will come here so that we can help you to get fitter and stronger.

  • We will scale you to the level that keeps you safe and progressing

  • We will warm you up, stretch you out and teach you each movement

  • We have 2 time options to ensure that you can have an opportunity to make it work with your schedule - Mon/Tues/Thurs at 9:00am OR Mon/Wed/Thurs at 8:00pm
