This Saturday is our community appreciation BBQ. Come join us for a few hours of food, drinks and laughs, oh yeah we’ll still make you do some fitness.
This is what you need to know:
1. Rebecca and I will assemble teams at 11AM, so be there slightly before 11.
2. Once the teams are put together we will announce the first WOD.
3. All teams will go at the same time at 11:30.
4. There will be a second WOD at 12:30,
5. The non-fitness related task will be at 1PM.
6. We will light up the grill at 12:45 and will be serving food until 1:30PM.
Rebecca and I will provide all the food and non-alcoholic beverages. If you would like drinks of the other kind please bring your own.
