Lift a little, then lift a lot
Our lifting program is designed to help athletes get stronger and more explosive using the big five lifts: the squat, the deadlift, the bench press, along with the snatch and the clean and jerk.
The program runs for six weeks and costs 60$ for 306 members and 250$ for non-members.
Our next sessions will begin the first week of July 16th. Your training times are as follows:
Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00pm to 7:30pm
The program is run by strength and conditioning specialist Grzegorz Skowroński.
