Building healthy habits early
Our kids functional fitness program was created to help kids build healthy habits early in life. The program runs for one hour twice a week. In the program kids learn the importance of quality movement as they perform squats, push ups, sit-ups, box jumps, plank hold, basic lifts including presses, and lifting objects safely from the ground.
The hour flies by as kids play warm up games and our coaches develop fun and creative ways to teach the basics of fitness.
Classes will run on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5pm. The program concludes at the end of the school year. You can join at anytime and your monthly renewal will be one month after your child's first class.
Your child must between the ages of 9-13.
