Building healthy habits early
Our kids functional fitness program was created to help kids build healthy habits early in life. The program runs for one hour three days a week. In the program kids learn the importance of quality movement as they perform squats, push ups, sit-ups, box jumps, plank hold, basic lifts including presses, and lifting objects safely from the ground.
The hour flies by as kids play warm up games and our coaches develop fun and creative ways to teach the basics of fitness.
Our next program will start August 13th at 5pm. Classes will run for 6 weeks on Mondays at 5pm, Wednesdays at 5pm and Sundays at noon.
