We are very excited to announce that we will be offering youth camps this year.  Our passion is health and wellness and we believe that the younger you can create healthy habits, the better you will be set up for your life.  We have a team of world class coaches from a variety of backgrounds from dance, volleyball, wrestling, hockey, skiing and gymnastics.  We also have nutritionists on staff to educate about the importance of fueling your body and proper nutrition. 

 

What will we do at camp?

We are going to have a lot of fun every day, training, learning about our bodies, learning gymnastics, weightlifting and other skills.  We are going to tackle subjects like, cooking healthy snacks and meals, body image, positive mindset, gratitude, stress, anxiety, usage of electronics and balancing school, sport and life.   The materials are age appropriate.

After a week of learning and training we will host the “306 CrossFit Games” on the Friday.  We will send the schedule of events out in advance so that you can come and cheer your athlete on. 

Our goal is to come together as a group, be social, learn, talk and above all, have fun!  We will ask that participants to hand in electronic devices during the duration of the camp.  They can check messages on the break, however our goal is to come together as a group and not be focused on individual phones.

CAMP DATES (9am -4pm)

  1. July 2nd – 6th, 2018 (GIRLS 12-15YRS)
  2. July 9th – 13th, 2018 (BOYS 12-15YRS)
  3. July 16th – 20th, 2018 (GIRLS 9-11YRS)
  4. July 23rd – 27th, 2018 (BOYS 9-11YRS)
  5. August 13th – 17th, 2018 (CO-ED 12-15YRS)
  6. August 20th – 24th, 2018 (CO-ED 9-11 YRS)

Cost per week

 $350/child plus GST = $367.50

 

Sibling Discount: A second family member receives a one-time $25.00 Discount.  Enter coupon code: SIBLING (on your SECOND registration - please register siblings separately).

Multiple Week Discount: If you register for more than one week, you will receive a $50.00 discount towards your second week. Enter coupon code: MULTIWEEK at checkout. You can register the same person for 2 weeks+ at a time.


What to bring?

We will have some healthy snacks available each day, however each participant will need to pack a healthy lunch (no fast food please).  Participants will also need to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day. 

Be sure to have good runners, and wear breathable clothing.  You want to be comfortable, so that you can move around and not overheat.   Please ensure to bring deodorant and any personal hygiene items that you might need.
