6 weeks TRansformation challenge
After 8 years in the business we realized the first 6 weeks of a new members journey is the most important. As such we have now created a new 6 week transformation challenge to help new members start right and receive plenty of support across the first 6 weeks.
Your six week transformation will begin with a 90 minute consult followed with a few tests with one of our trained and highly positive coaches. During your first session you and one of our coaches will discuss your goals, habits, nutrition, and many other health related topics. We will also take your bodyweight and body measurements. You will then proceed to our gym to take on some physical test so we can accurately get an understanding of where your current fitness is at.
Once this is completed you and your coach will start planning out your next 6 weeks. Your coach will follow up with you every week as you know begin to train in our group class system. At the conclusion of the 6 weeks you will return for another 90 minute private session with your coach to re-test and discuss your six week journey.

All of our 6 weeks candidates all experienced positive health improvements. Whether it was weight loss, strength gains, or inches loss or gained depending on the desire of the person they all achieved some if not all of their goals that they set in their original 90 minute one on session!
